If you choose to make payments on the above rates, you
may start now to insure full payment by June 1st.
If you are not paying your golf membership and/or cart
membership in full, a credit card number and signature
are required (Excludes Junior Memberships, which must
be paid in full at the time of purchase). By signing
below, you are giving Lakeside Links Golf Club
permission to charge, to the credit card number given,
any unpaid balance on your membership, on June 1,
2008.
Any greens or cart fees paid prior to buying
a membership will not be applied towards membership
payments.
